Warranty Information


All Fleetvision products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from date of purchase unless specifically noted on the original invoice.

Fleetvision will extend the warranty an additional 12 months when registered within 30 days of purchased & installed by an authorised installer.

Products can be registered online at www.fleetvision.com or by returning the warranty card supplied with the product. Proof of purchase must be provided when claiming warranty.

Removal, refit & freight costs are not covered under the warranty conditions. Damage due to incorrect voltages, misuse or physical abuse is not covered under the warranty.

All Fleetvision products are pre-tested prior to being warehoused, regardless of the level of QC from the factory. However we understand that from time to time, issues can occur. It is strongly recommended that all goods be checked prior to returning any goods to Fleetvision to avoid inconvenience & expense that may arise from a faulty installation. It is recommended that you consult the instruction manual for the product & where possible, swap out various components to ensure the item returned has been verified as faulty.
A return authority form, provided by Fleetvision, must accompany any returned goods whether under warranty or as a chargeable repair.

Goods returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced with the nearest equivalent product at the discretion of the Fleetvision technicians.

Waterproof items, once opened for service, will require a pressure test to continue to be covered under warranty. A charge of $50 inc GST per item will be charged for pressure testing of non warranty repairs.

A copy of the warranty form is provided on this website. Photocopies will be accepted. Multiple items can be registered on each warranty card.
